How to drink it

  1. Start with 50ml each evening, about an hour before bed. The ideal range is 50–100ml, so adjust as you see fit.

  2. Drink it straight, or dilute with still or sparkling water to taste. Avoid heating the juice directly.

  3. Refrigerate after opening and finish within one month. Unopened, store somewhere cool and dark.

Children: 30ml servings. One 750ml bottle holds about fifteen daily servings.

Gary Bignell has grown and sold cherries in New Zealand since he was a teenager. He kept seeing good fruit thrown out for blemishes, so in 2017 he started juicing it. Here is what that has added up to.
